What to Drink: Hundreds of bottles of wine on the wall: The restaurant's wine list showcases local varieties by boutique vintners, as well as a tasty (and creative) cocktail list.
When to Go: Uber-promoter Brent Bolthouse's long-running Monday night party has moved here from Joseph's--you'll need to be on the list to get in.
Where to Sit: The best see-and-be-seen tables are on the covered patio, which overlooks the lounge and firepit.
Look Good: If Justin and friends aren't using it, reserve the glossy Red Room for small groups.
Parking: Hotel valet is $6 with validation, but can climb to $18 after three hours. Try the lots within walking distance on the Strip with $6-$8 flat rates.
