The Extras: The hotel is completely pet-friendly for any pooch under 25 pounds. In fact, the hotel's mascot is an English bulldog. You can often find him helping to greet guests with the doorman.

Know Before You Go: The 10th floor rooftop pool bar--replete with English garden-style landscaping, cabanas and outdoor showers where the water spouts upward (!)--is a prime spot for guests to sip a cocktail and order from the restaurant menu. Just remember: Only hotel guests have access to the pool. Be prepared to book a room or know someone who already has a key.
