Know Before You Go: It pays to arrive early to take advantage of the lounge before a treatment. The waiting area is one of the best in the city, thanks to its mod furnishings, lake and Navy Pier views and delish mini brownies.

The Extras: Do take the extra time to linger in the aromatherapy steam shower--complete with rain shower head--or sauna. Your aching bones will thank you for it, and your skin will come out glowing.

Look Good: A number of beauty products will tempt you on the way out. Whether it’s Bliss’ own sweet-smelling line for hair and skin, Laura Mercier makeup or Ted Gibson styling gel, you’ll likely leave with swag.

The Extras: If you valet, have your ticket validated at the register for a discounted rate: $10 for zero to three hours, $19 for three to six hours and $26 for more than six hours.
