Save Money: Despite its one-drink minimum, the lounge boasts a higher view and later hours than the 94th-floor Hancock Observatory for about the same price (or less).
Save Money: Head to the Signature Lounge for a drink instead--the view is just as good.
When to Go: The $18 lunch buffet includes greens, pasta salads, two soups, simple sides, basic fish and chicken dishes, and two carving stations.
The Extras: Order one of the monthly Signature Specials (on the last page of the menu), and management will donate 10 percent of its price to charity.
Know Before You Go: The ladies' room also offers an astounding south-facing view.
Where to Sit: The lounge's left side (south) features views of Lake Michigan and the Sears Tower.
When to Go: Clear days offer the best visibility, early evenings host colorful sunsets, and nights provide live jazz and romantic views of the city alight.
